“I want you to know I have had 3 HVAC co's out here in the past year-ish. With each business, the first thing I said was yeah, I think the damper isn't opening correctly in the upstairs zone because sometimes it blows air and sometimes it doesn't, then I would describe other things also happening with the cooling, or not, of my two zoned home. The 1st company said I needed a new central air conditioner. That was beginning of last summer and we nursed it through. 2nd said that it was really dirty but working so he couldn't diagnose it until it was failing but he cleaned it up. I tried to get back in touch with him, no response after a couple attempts at contacting, even though I paid immediately. So then I asked my neighbor if she had any recommendations which is how I found you all.

YOU'RE HVAC person actually LISTENED to me. He was like, yeah, it's the damper, it's not opening properly, do you know where your damper is? No? Let me show you, there may be another that we can't access but with this one, it's not opening correctly and I can also hear that the motor is not working correctly. Then he got up on the ladder and showed me how it should look when open and said, I think I have one in my truck. Want me to replace it? To which I said, uh, yes please!
